About MeI'm Jennifer Finley, and I'm a poet, a mother of three, a teacher, a former journalist, an award-winning writer, and a certified life coach.
Stories are vital and sacred. Stories tell us how much we matter, how much we are loved, what's safe, and what's beautiful. Stories can empower us or limit us. By telling ourselves better stories about ourselves, by telling the truth about our own beauty, we can sing into existence a more joy filled and beautiful life. |
InterestsI love challenging myself and learning new things. Someday, I plan to become a certified yoga teacher. I did my first triathlon last year and plan on doing another one.
I'm deeply interested in how the mind, body and spirit are connected. I have a great sense of humor, am down to earth, and I like to laugh. I'm spiritual, compassionate, and I'm an excellent listener. I go out salsa dancing every chance I get. |
MontanaI was born and raised in western Montana. I am proud of my Salish and Chippewa/Cree heritage, and I love meeting people from other cultures and learning more about the word we share. I have traveled to Europe and Central America.

SessionsYour first 30 minute session is free. This will give us a good idea of whether or not we are a good fit for each other. Regular sessions are 1 hour, and payment will be due electronically by debit or credit card before our hour long session.
Our sessions will be conducted via Skype. Please contact me for rates and to set up your first appointment. |
What I doLife coaching is not therapy. Life coaching is where you come when you are ready to make a positive change in your life, and you need someone to help you articulate it, plan it, and be on your side as as you do it.
Therapy is invaluable when you need to process your past and heal. Life coaching is about reaching toward your future, and I'm ready to cheer you on as you dare to create the amazing life you deserve. |
